How your information is handled
Search and notes
Searches and consultation notes are processed in your browser. Entering a note does not automatically send it to the operator or AI. Copying and downloading are actions you choose. Notes are lost when you reload or leave unless you save them.
Language preference and draft transfer
Your language selection is stored in this browser. If you explicitly switch languages while completing a form or note, the unfinished fields are held temporarily in this tab’s sessionStorage and restored on the corresponding page. The stored draft is removed when read; drafts older than 10 minutes are not restored. Closing the tab clears this temporary storage. This language feature does not send your draft to the operator or AI.
External services
Tools, AI features, membership, registration and payments may be provided on linked sites. Check the privacy information and terms there before entering information. Readings and checks are reference tools and do not guarantee outcomes.
Website project preparation
On the Japanese website preparation tool, clicking the carry-over button stores the note temporarily in this tab. It is removed when read on the contact page, and notes older than 30 minutes are not applied. Applying a note does not submit an enquiry. Copying and downloading are manual actions.
Enquiry information and purpose
When you confirm and submit, Haru LLC stores your name, email address, topic, message, reception time and consent record to respond to your enquiry and discuss arrangements. Creating a consultation note is a separate activity and does not submit an enquiry.
Storage and access
Submitted enquiries are recorded in Cloudflare storage for the operator to review through the administration interface. They are not displayed in a public enquiry list or automatically sent to AI. Records older than 90 days are deleted when a new enquiry is received; during periods without new enquiries, the operator periodically organises the records.
Spam prevention
Cloudflare Turnstile checks the submission. Information required for the check is sent to Cloudflare. Rate limiting uses a time-dependent identifier rather than storing a raw IP address; its records are used only for a short period.
Access or deletion requests
Contact the published contact form with your enquiry reference. We will confirm that the request is from the relevant person before responding. Do not enter another person’s real name or contact details, card information or passwords.

Enquiry details are stored for handling your request and sent to the operator through Resend. The recipient address and API credentials are kept on the server.
